Terms & Conditions
1 . The photos shown in our website, may be slightly different from the actual Products color due to the brightness & photo editing.
2 . Order and payment made are not refundable and returnable.
3. The management has the right to refund or cancel your orders given notice for certain circumstances.
1. Any cancellation or changes to the order you are required to inform our team at least 1 day before notice of prior to the delivery date, otherwise the credit will be forfeited.
2. If the balloon burst during delivery, we will be responsible for it. However, we will not hold any responsibilities if the balloons burst after the balloons has securely delivered to the venue. Pictures will be taken as proof by our Team
3. Please ensure someone will be there to receive the order at the earliest time slot that chosen. For Example : You had selected Time Slot 11am-1pm, please ensure that there will be someone there from 11am-1pm. Our delivery partner will only be waiting time within 15mins only
4. All our items are ship by appointed third party delivery partner, Please ensure someone will be there to receive the order at the earliest time slot that chosen. Upon arriving at delivery location, if customer gave the wrong phone number / did not pick up the phone / wrong address, the driver will wait up to 15 minutes within the delivery time frame you selected. After 15 minutes, if still can’t reach the customer, we will leave at the guard house, lobby or concierge. If the following places are not allowed to drop off, our driver will wait with extra charges. RM5 for every 10 minutes.
5. Orders will be delivered on requested time slot. unless unforeseen events happened, for instance, raining heavily, traffic jam, or any other circumstances. then The actual delivery time will be delayed. neither the delivery company nor our company will be responsible or compensate for any losses incurred in the delayed of delivery date or time.
6. Our third party delivery partner coverage area could be changing from time to time, If you have placed an order but it is out of our coverage area, Our management has the right to cancel and refund the placed order, with prior inform the customer.
7. We will not be responsible for any mistake or delay caused by the customer such as incomplete address, incorrect contact number, or any other incorrect details provided by the customer. This is inclusive if there are no people to receive the product during the delivery at any time.
8. You are also to ensure that on the delivering date, the receiver mobile number is reachable. There will be time when driver will need to be able to confirm the receiver attendance at the delivery address before they proceed with the delivery and there will be time where the driver will need to be able to contact you when they are not able to locate the correct address you provided and thus need your guidance. In such case, if the receiver’s contact number is not reachable or unanswered, we will not be responsible for any delay caused by such reasons or circumstances similar to the above
9. Any changes of address during the delivery or driver had arrived the location , there will be extra changes base on new location.
Self Pick Up
1. For self pick up, please handle the balloons with care. We will not hold any responsibilities if the balloons deflate, burst, tangle after buyers check and collected it from Balloonartz.
2. if you need to carry balloon with car or other vehicle, kindly ensure that the air-conditioner has turned on and temperature is below 26 degrees before placing the balloon in the vehicle.
Storage & Product Life Span
1. All our helium balloon can last at least for 8 hours from time of preparation.
2. Upon receiving of the products, we will not be able responsible for balloon conditions kept and stored by receiver.
